Three Jaw Chuck-50mm Pro
•3-jaw chuck 50mm is suitable for catching small parts during the laser engravings process, such as rings, wooden pens, and anything with a diameter of 25 mm or less.
•All parts are printable in the direction shown in Photo No. 9 using supports. After printing, the supports are removed, all parts are cleaned, and their suitability is tested. There is a clearance of 0.2 mm in the model for all parts that must fit together so that there is no problem with movement. The mounting hole suits a spindle with an M14 x 1.5mm thread.
•There is more than one way to install a jaw chuck [Chuck Connecting-Rod-5mm-M14-1.5, 8mm,10 mm,12mm,14mm].
•The three self-centering jaws are reversible to allow the holding of larger workpieces. jaws installed in order 1, 2, and 3 to match the numbers on the housing. To fit them reversed, insert them in the order 3,2,1. Fit the slider plate into the housing and place the Circlips over the shaft to secure it. Turn the slider over so that the front end of the slider is about to pop into one of the slots. Feed into Jaw 1, large end first, and rotate the slider plate to snap it. Repeat with Jaw 2 in the next hole, then Jaw 3 in the next hole.
•For high envelope stability, the printed 30x1.5mm Plain External Circlips can be replaced with a metal steamer.
•It can be printed with any filament.
